Flint Knapping Course

We are incredibly excited to introduce, for one day only, a flint knapping course with the extremely talented Sarah Day.  Sarah learnt her craft while working alongside Ray Mears at Woodlore and internationally acclaimed flint knapper and “lord of the stone age” Will Lord.

Flint knapping had been an essential skill for millennia but has now largely been lost.

During this one day course you’ll be shown and get hands on with the key skills and techniques needed to craft your own flint tools, which you’ll take home.

Please bring a packed lunch and a mug for tea/coffee. All tools and equipment are provided.
