Practical bushcraft, not classroom theory
Our bushcraft courses are built around learning by doing. You’ll see techniques demonstrated clearly, then have time to practise them yourself with an instructor on hand to answer questions and help you build confidence.
Fire
Understand tinder, kindling, fuel preparation, ignition methods and safe fire management.
Shelter & Campcraft
Learn how site choice, shelter principles and good camp organisation make time outdoors more comfortable and capable.
Tracking
Develop awareness of tracks, signs and disturbances so the landscape starts to reveal more information.
Woodland Skills
Depending on the session, explore cordage, carving, green woodworking, safe tool use and other traditional skills.

Beginners are welcome. You don’t need to arrive knowing the terminology or already owning specialist kit.
Who are the courses for?
- Complete beginners wanting a proper introduction
- Outdoor enthusiasts developing existing skills
- Families looking for a shared woodland experience
- Groups, clubs and organisations
- Anyone looking for a memorable outdoor experience or gift
Our approach is friendly and inclusive. The aim is to understand techniques, practise them properly and leave with skills you can continue developing.

“A relaxed and totally wonderful day spent in the woods. Learnt loads and will be back for more.”
